Mr. Julien G. Patterson, Founder and Chairman, OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation, was elected Vice Chairman of the Virginia Foundation for Research and Economic Education (Virginia FREE) in December 2008.

Virginia FREE is an independent association committed to protecting and strengthening Virginia’s business enviornment through the political process.
