OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation President and CEO Julien Patterson Recognized by First Annual Washington Business Journal Award Program April 21, 2008
OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation today announced that The Washington Business Journal has recognized Julien Patterson, OMNIPLEX World Services Founder and Chairman, as one of the Washington Region's top minority business owners and leaders, in the first annual Minority Business Leaders awards program. The awardees were selected from over 100 nominations. These awards are intended to honor the entrepreneurial drive, creativity and success of Greater Washington’s minority business leaders.
The minority business leaders and owners are selected based upon their demonstrated business success over the past 12–18 months. Julien led OMNIPLEX to the $100 million revenue mark and year after year has led a compound annual growth rate of 32.3%.
OMNIPLEX World Services was formed in 1990 to provide a variety of security support and investigative services to high profile U.S. Government and commercial clients. Since its inception, the company has grown to a professional staff of over 3,500 personnel and it will achieve fiscal year 2008 revenues of over $120 million.
