OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation Employee Appointed to Private Security Services Advisory Board (PSSAB) June 15, 2007

Mr. Paul Ellis, Manager of Training for OMNISEC International Security Services, Inc. (OISSI,) a wholly owned subsidiary of OMNIPLEX World Services Corp., was recently appointed to a four-year term as one of only two Security Business Representatives on the Private Security Services Advisory Board. Mr. Ellis was selected from a statewide group of industry candidates. “This is a great honor,” said Mr. Mike Wines, President OMNISEC International Security Services, “and we are all very proud of Paul’s achievement.”
The PSSAB meets quarterly. Its twelve members represent various sectors of the private security industry and one member from public sector law enforcement. Members are appointed by the Criminal Justice Services Board (CJSB,) and serve in an advisory capacity to the CJSB providing guidance and recommendations on issues relating to regulation of businesses in the private security services market sector. In addition, the PSSAB words closely with DCJS on the development and implementation of policies and procedures. The PSSAB also provides an important document review role for the DCJS Private Security Services Regulatory Committee.
Mr. Ellis currently serves as an Operations and Training Manager for OMNISEC overseeing several contracts and OMNISEC training nationwide.
