Omniplex World Services Corporation is Awarded U.S. Postal Service Back Ground Investigations Contract No. 2BTSER-07-B-0122 June 18, 2007
The United States Postal Service has chosen OMNISEC International Investigations, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation, to provide nationwide security background investigations for Postal employees. This was a competitive “best value” award, which considered, among other items, OMNISEC’s technical capabilities, personnel and corporate staff, and past performance experience in the contract selection, evaluation and award process.
OMNISEC will provide initial Single Scope Background Investigations on USPS applicants and recruits, as well as Periodic Re-investigations on those employees who require continued access to sensitive information. OMNISEC has been the USPS provider of choice since 1999 for these types of Background Investigation services. The performance term of this new contract award is until September 30, 2009, with renewal options that could extend the award until September 30, 2015.
OMNISEC’s full-scope, end-to-end background investigations experience will be used in support of this mission critical USPS program.
