William A. Turk promoted to Vice President & General Counsel. April 10, 2006

Turk has been promoted to Vice President & General Counsel. Previously, Turk was Vice President of Contracts & Corporate Counsel for OMNIPLEX. He has over 20 years of business and legal experience for government contracting firms in the service industries. Turk's experience includes proposal pricing, financial analysis, contract administration and management as well as in-house counsel for a major systems integration corporation. Prior to joining OMNIPLEX, Turk was Assistant General Counsel for I-NET, Inc., a subsidiary of Wang Laboratories, where he provided general corporate legal advice to the company's business units. He also spent 10 years with Computer Science Corporation in positions ranging from Pricing Analyst to Contracts Manager where he was responsible for managing a contracts department which administered over $600 million in government contracts. Turk is a member of the Bar in both the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
