Our quality program, beginning with our ISO 9001:2008 certification, reduces defects, values feedback and continuously improves services provided to our customers.

OMNIPLEX's quality objective is to deliver the highest level of service that fully satisfies our clients' requirements. To meet this objective, we pledge to monitor and evaluate our clients' needs and expectations, and continually improve to achieve client satisfaction.

ISO 9001:2008 Certification 

OMNIPLEX has adopted the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard as a way of achieving high quality performance company-wide and to demonstrate our Corporate commitment to success on all of our contract projects. As part of this certification we seek to continuously improve our services and proactively look at ways to streamline processes, reduce costs and improve quality.

The ISO 9001:2008 standard is an internationally recognized quality management system developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). To be certified, OMNIPLEX instituted a Quality Management System (QMS), with corresponding procedures detailing both the administrative and operational workflow requirements, and the necessary activities to deliver a high level of service to meet customer requirements. The ISO 9001:2008 certification tells our customers that OMNIPLEX operates a QMS in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.

At OMNIPLEX, we are committed to ensuring an ethical and accountable corporate culture that is uncompromising in integrity in all of our actions, from all team members.  Our comprehensive Corporate Compliance Program includes ethics and compliance training and an ethics hotline managed by an independent third party, Convercent. 

Our employees are empowered to ask questions, raise concerns, and report problems directly to the Ethics Hotline.  Convercent also provides us with the ability to offer our employees and contractors an option to remain completely anonymous if they choose to be.  
Our goal is to make the process for raising concerns, reporting problems, and asking questions about compliance easy to use.  We want to encourage dialogue about our processes and actions so that we can continue to improve and perform at the highest level.  

While ethics and integrity are critical in any business environment, the fact that our government customers trust us to do what we say we will do and conduct ourselves above reproach, makes driving integrity and ethics in all things that much more important.  Finally, the specific industry in which we primarily operate, national security within the intelligence community and law enforcement, requires us to act and operate with the highest levels of business and personal conduct.
